Most of our products at Design Revolution are custom made, therefore, we do have a no refund policy.  However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to ensure you are completely satisfied.  If we are unable to meet your needs at that time then we will issue an in store credit.  Please email us at lesley@designrevolutiononline.com with any questions or concerns regarding
